Description:
My name is Mark Harrold and I am seeking additional funding for my restaurant project. As a result of the mortgage industry “problems” during the first quarter of this year my SBA Lender requires additional funding to approve my loan.

First, this project is based on my 30 years experience in the food service industry and my personal knowledge of the town where I have resided for the last 10 years.

The project is more than just opening a restaurant, it involves analyzing the market demographics then choosing a concept that will take advantage of those demographics.

Current Financing and Sources: $100,000 Mark Harrold ----- $300,000 SBA (partial funding) PMC Commercial Trust Dallas, TX ----- $180.000 Private Investor----REMAINING CAPITAL NEEDED $145,000.

However, If I can find a single Equity Partner I will be able to offer a far better return.
