Looking for 100% financing to build a movie studio in the high desert of Southern California to handle the two hundred plus productions shot out here by Hollywood every year. They come for the exteriors, but have no place to shoot interiors - except back in Hollywood - if they can find the space! Governor pushing through 10% tax break for filmmakers in California. Soon they will be screaming for even more space. Since they already come here to shoot, the Mojave desert has built in clients. Business plan available. To be built on 90 acres, High Desert Studios will be designed like a Mediterranean villa with waterfalls and exotic landscapes.
