Description:
We are looking for approximately $5 to $6 million (actual figures to be sent in business plan) to complete a condominium project in beautiful Kelowna B.C. The units were originally rental units, and are in the process of being renovated into amazing condo units, which will then be sold off. The money requested is to pay off any previous or outstanding loans, and to complete all of the renovations. Terms are negotiable, and return on investment would be upon sale of the units, which should not be a problem given the market and demand for these types of units in Kelowna's beautiful countryside.
