We are an experienced, real estate asset management and investment company actively seeking private equity investors to partner with in purchasing under performing, cash flowing, value add, multi-family apartment communities (150-300 units/property) in emerging US growth markets, ie Texas, Oklahoma & The Heartland of our country.
