Description:
I am in need of $600K funding for starting an online entertainment game business. This can be either a loan and or up to 6 investors.

The funding is to purchase part of an existing product with annual revenue of $184K.
The current owner has created an expansion of the game, and is working on a second. The good part about the competition is there will be opportunities to buy into parts of the expansions also, and in a few years I could start creating my own expansion.

I have been studying this game for a one and a half year and it looks like over the next two years or so it will be four times bigger.

The current part of the game for sell has been ignored for the past year while the owner was building the expansion and opening a recording studio. If promoted with advertisements and events to attract the player to this area of the game the revenue would increase greatly.

I have composed a list of holding and income from the most accurate data I could get, the current owner has not shared all the income information to any one.
