Classified (trading under Perco Publishing) will be a classified paper offering free advertising to all people adverting their private goods. This will attract thousands of readers as the paper will be offering huge second had bargains. The first income revenue will be from the paper sales. Our readers will be buying our paper with one thing in mind which is to BUY from it as it will not carry any editorial, therefore making them active buyers. This means that we will connect buyers with sellers and visa versa. It will be a "community" paper, a paper for the people!
Since we now have the readers, all commercial advertisers will be sold into the paper as we can now offer them thousands of active buyers with money in hand, ready to buy their product. It will be the choice of the reader whether he wants to now buy second hand or new. The commercial advertising will be the second and later also the biggest income revenue to the business.
There is currently only one competitor who completely dominates the market and why? This is a big market and there is money to be made and a community that needs help. In our economy this is the perfect business to help the community while making a business from it.
Over and above the paper all private and commercial content will also go online. With an increase in internet usage in South Africa, this is a perfect website which will be pact with content and with an end result becoming a South African local Goolge search engine.
The business is not currently running as we are in need of capital to start. At the moment there are two members to the cc registered business, Perco Publishing, and its members are Jaco van As and Nompumelelo Permie Isaac (BEE).
