Description:
An environmentally friendly, "Green" technology investment opportunity that has the potential to have a very beneficial impact on the environment for your review and consideration.

Briefly, worldwide, an estimated 32 million gasoline-operated, two wheeled motorcycles are manufactured annually, almost all fitted with old fashion carburetor engines. Over 60% of these motorcycles are made in China by OEM manufacturers. Carburetor fitted motorcycles emit up to 21 times more pollutants than automobiles. Regulators in Europe, US and Asia are tightening emission limits on motorcycles to match those of automobiles. PRC OEM manufacturers are under severe pressure to change engine technology from carburetors to more efficient and "cleaner" fuel injection technology. However, these OEMs do not have the resources or the technology to develop their own fuel injection systems and therefore run the risk of losing market share if they cannot meet the higher emissions limit.

We are a Hong Kong based company, in conjunction with PRC based engineers, has developed an advanced electronic fuel injection system that can be used by the PRC OEM manufacturers in lieu of carburetors and which will enable them to continue accessing the global motorcycle market.

Our electronic fuel injection (S-EFI) system was tested by a German based independent testing agency which reported that motorcycles fitted with S-EFI system lowered emissions by 55%, lowered fuel consumption by 44% and increased engine power by 12% when compared with carburetor fitted motorcycles.

we have sold over two dozen motorcycles fitted with their S-EFI technology in Europe and received positive feedback from every customer. Many of them are willing to place substantial orders for this system. However, limited resources have prevented us from capitalizing on this break through.

Now this Company is looking for investment of USD 2.0 million spread over 24 months to position itself to supply the S-EFI systems to PRC OEM motorcycle manufacturers - a market of 18 million units annually.
