Description:
One-year-old steadily growing website (that reviews children's products and recommends quality gift ideas) is looking for investment to help make structural and design improvements to the site, and expand its marketing and PR to grandparents (50+/baby boomers). Grandkids Gift Guide already enjoys a stream of solicitations by manufacturers for product reviews and has been approached by several potential partners interested in its unique editorial content. Its marketing goals include a combination of online strategies (including upgrading its online newsletter service) as well as the use of traditional media. Revenue is currently generated by affiliate fees and additional income streams are anticipated by the business model. Investment will enable us to enhance the income potential of the site and increase our traffic through additional marketing and public relations, thus increasing affiliate fees and attracting quality advertisers interested in long-term relationships. [NOTE: Please refer to the company's formal offering documents which are available under CDA from the company. This summary does not constitute any offer of securities which may only be made by the appropriate documents.]
