Description:
ShareComm LLC develops and markets corporate grade communication solutions based on new and emerging technologies, both telephone and web-based, that enables people – whether individuals, employees of a small businesses, or employees of major corporations – to work and enjoy in remote settings many of the same capabilities and advantages found in large corporate offices.
The Company’s flagship offering is a suite of corporate-grade products including our patent pending fax-to-email product (LocFax), ReadyCall conference calling, and voice broadcasting, followed by additional offerings including web conferencing, video conferencing, and others in the future. These products are all high margin, high demand, low maintenance products that create recurring revenue streams.
To date, ShareComm has established the business and the first products, pre-sold one major customer with several other sales pending, and have developed its overall plan. It is now ready to fully launch and is seeking partners and $1.5 million in additional funding. ShareComm projects breakeven in only 10 months, and projections show revenues of over $15 million and EBITDA of over $7 million by the end of its 5th year.
