Description:
We are seeking start up capital for hybrid exclusive luxury residential rentals as a comparable alternative to fee based Private Residence Clubs/Luxury Destination Clubs, 4-5 Star luxury hotel suites, or second homes ownership. The funds necessary to start up this business does include the creative acquisition of real estate.

What I Need:
I need approximately $350,000 to start this business. Of the $350K, $100,000 or less will be used for creative acquisition of a residential rental that fits our business model. $250K, will be used for interior design, home furnishings, high end toiletries & linen, upgrades for making the property green, inventory, marketing, advertising, management fees... (Details of start Up costs are outlined in business plan).
