I'm the founder of a start up tourism company with a business proposal of unique hotel project located on the southern coastal sri lankan sea!
the project location is a small island on the sea located on southern part of sri lanka, sound perfect for a cabana type of a hotel!
Budgeted amount of $10mn required for the project from the acquisition of the land to the business run. and we have to move asap as the rapid growth of the industry.
currently more than 850000 of tourists arrivals in sri lanka, and more than 35% travels southern part of the country.
I've got the investor ready business proposal and im looking for an investor for this very project.
