Dear investors,

My name is Gene. I have a degree in International Development from UCLA. I reside in Los Angeles and speak English, (Brazilian) Portuguese, and Mandarin. As many of you must know, Brazil and China are two of the fastest growing economies in the world right now.

Most importantly, the Internet in Brazil has seen tremendous growth in this past year. There are more ways to pay online and people are becoming more confident in shopping and paying for services online.

I have partnered with a small web development and animation company. The lead designer has worked on several best seller AAA video games and many successful websites.

We strategically partnered since they have an office in Brazil. They are eager to start developing for the Brazilian market. We did market research and have decided to start a party/event planner/directory where professionals can pay to create a profile and advertise their business/services such as: catering, cake design, party planning, entertainment, etc...

As part of a market research test, we launched a cake design site called www.bonitabolos.com which quickly became the number one cake decorating resource in Brazil with over 1,000 unique visitors a day. The host of the site, a young cake decorator has recently made appearances in several major magazines, newspapers, and TV shows.

We are sure that the party planning website will be huge hit. Many of our website visitors have already requested more features such as party supply sources, instructional culinary videos for event catering and much more.

We need an investor asap to speed up development and launch our party network soon. Our team's experience ranges 10-30 years in production, design, and the Brazilian market in general.
