Description:
I need to have a prototype made, and have a patent. I can make a model so you can see it work. This motor can made into many sizes and applications, one being the size of a breif case That can power a car, truck, boat, or small aircraft. This is the fix for the pollution and fossil problem.
To get a prototype and patent is going to cost $55,000, I have many Ideas and plenty of spunk.
