Description:
We offer an existing management team that is frustrated with new ownership of our corporation. We have a unique technology that provides risk protection for customers with capital intensive or mission critical facilities. The solution is proven, the technology is underexposed, we have improved the products, the business model is refined, and the market is ripe.

We seek $900,000 in funding, staged over a 7-month period in exchange for 30% equity. The new venture will be cash positive in month 10, initial dividends payable in month 16 (11% of amount invested), fully recoup cash invested through dividends by month 36, expect to be a $10M a year company in third year.

We are in a position to pull business from current company, as well as distribution channels. This company is ready to leap into first round funding immediately. Upon being funded, we are on the streets the next day.
