Inventors are on the average one in a million!

Please help!

We have many projects, and need a reliable source for funding which will include, set-up cap for design, salaries for engineers, management and adminstrative staff, Attorneys, and patent filing fee's.

This can be done either as for project and or not for profit. We have no start up funds available, and looking to partner up with someone who is interested in receiving long term residuals from these inventions.
