Description:
We are a state of the art video game development studio, also offering 3D modeling, animation, special effects and graphic design services.

All of our work is done in-house by our highly skilled & talented team of artists, programmers and creative writers. We possess all of the required skills to complete a gaming title from start to finish; this includes our very own 3D media studio where we also offer services in 3D modeling, concept art and video game writing.

We own all of the IP rights & merchandising rights to our products as they are all properties developed within the company.

We have the necessary skills to produce fun, addictive and exciting video games that exceed industry standards while maintaining a low operating cost.

Our office is located in the beautiful London, Ontario, home to the University of Western Ontario, and Fanshawe College. These educational institutes will be a great source for highly skilled and professional interns.

We are looking for long term investors who are willing to help us get to the next stage. We see ourselves as a 3-5 year investment. Once our first title is released it should provide a viable exit strategy if needed. Investing in our company at this stage, you will be able to benefit by earning revenue from all of our future software titles.

We need financing to purchase software, equipment and hire employees to get the company started. We have plans in place to start generating income as well as becoming self-sufficient within the first 6 months and our first gaming title inside of 12, which will generate a large amount of sales & cash flow.

Return On Investment:

We require $400k to fully fund a high quality workable demo and game trailer which will be used to gain full funding deals with publishers & further backers. It will also be used to set up the studio with equipment, software and hire employees. We are selling company shares in multiples of 1, priced at $100,000 each (10% company stake equaling $100k) with a maximum of 40% stake for sale, any investor would also be given first option on further shares as they became available.
