We find the hidden, extra or fictional charges that some garages charge. We check correct labour times and parts costings to insure our customers pay the right price.
We also get involved in disputes with garages but from a fair point of view, we saved a customer over £750 after a garage tried to make him pay a bill for thier mistake, not a bad saving when thier membership with us cost only £30 for 6 months.
