Description:
A Chinese company located in Shanghai China, Head quartered in Beijing, is seeking investment with their potential project.

Clinical trials typically involved in two phases: first phase involved in animals, and second phase involved in patients. It is getting very hard for Pharmaceutical companies and companies like P&G to conduct first phase trial because of the animal rights concerns, and quietly the center of this phase of trial began to move to China. China offers highly skilled labor resources with still low costs and vast resources both in land and animal farming. Right now a giant farm is build up and will be in production soon to provide the industry with trial resources.

The company has developed a software package compiled with FDA regularities and configured with first phase trial environment across the board, with approval and support of the Chinese State Dept of Health (regulating food and pharmaceutical industries), the software package is ready to connect between pharmaceuticals and companies like P&G and first-phase trial labs (based in China and US).

And now they are ready for a new software package development compiled with FDA regularities. The package will be connecting to second phase trial environment and labs, and send trial result across platforms and boarders, and as result second phase trials may be conducted in different countries rather than just in the U.S.; data from clinical trials may be shared within a company at any location through internet. It will change a broad horizon in the pharmaceutical trial environment, and because it is backed by the tremendous resource in China and the Chinese government, the project is set to succeed, as the company will only sell licenses through Internet only.

The company is seeking for five to six millions dollars for the project, and terms are negotiable since the company intends to go public when ready.

It is a rare opportunity that is backed by completion and implementation of foundational project and recognized and supported by the Chinese Government (In China if your company is supported by government you are set to have a big run); and innovative plan that will initiate strategic changes in the pharmaceuticals and companies like P&G.
