Description:
We are a growing information technology company located in the Nevada / Oregon area. We currently provide innovative Business Intelligence Implementation and Consulting services. In the course of our work at a major College in California, however, we have found there is a need within higher education institutions (Colleges and Universities) to improve their information reporting capabilities.
We have architected an innovative plug in appliance and software that will finally provide education institutions (Colleges and Universities) the reporting solutions they need. We are currently seeking funds to finalize development, packaging, commercialize and license this product.
Our corporation is seeking $3,000,000.00 to commercialize our Product. This investment will be used to complete the final design process and ready the product for licensing or outright sale. We project that the market cap for this product is around $500,000,000.00 and our product capturing rate would be between 10% and 25% of the market.
This is a short-term investment. We project that we can start earning a sizable return--in Nine to Twelve (9-12) months. Investors can expect to participate in a significant percent of net, and a large return event is possible within three years. We anticipate no further funding for this project.
