Hi, at present I am in London UK but I've decided to move to Thailand for good and I need 100% funding to help me buy an hotel and some real estate property in booming Pattaya/Jomtien area. I've 20 years experience in the hospitality field.
ROI can be good and great as that area is booming and about-to-boom in a even bigger way in the next few years also thanks to the newly built $40 billion Bangkok airport which is the largest in the Far-East and at only one hour driving from Pattaya.
