Description:
We have funding available for joint ventures in commercial real estate. Private fund. Minimum $1 million to $40 million max. Will fund 100% of purchase cost or appraised value. Borrower puts NO MONEY DOWN. Borrower gives an equity position of up to 50% until investment is repaid. No set repay period; can be repaid as fast as borrower desires. No monthly payment. No interest rate. No prepay penalty. When repaid, borrower takes back total equity. You or borrowing entity will need decent credit (600) and good liquidity. Will invest in acquisitions, development, construction of commercial real estate projects.
