Looking for 15% bridge-loan Lender

Description:
We have a number of mainly real-estate projects that require funding to 100%. We also have a 85% Lender in place, who has reviewed these 12 projects and has accepted them for funding, subject to us being able to locate a 15% bridge lender / JV Investor.

Please NO intermediaries or brokers, only Lenders that have the interest and the capacity to bridge-fund these projects, ranging from USD 40 million to USD 7 Billion, per project.

Of course, it is important that any bridge lender have their points and fees expensed into the loan and paid at the point of funding from the main loan.
