My name is Chris Swafford, c.n.a./medication aid. I work independently with folks who desire to have extended private care services around home care providers that come to one's home. In addition I also work with people in a facility setting. My services are private pay.I am licensed,insured & bonded. I also maintain c.p.r.,first aid & medication management certifications as well as my nursing assistant licenses,registered with the Florida board of nursing.I founded "Calling On Chris"Llc,private duty services in June 2007. I have worked in the health care industry for 20 years, working in a variety of areas of nursing gaining not only the clinical factors,also the business factors. My focus is simple, grow in to a home health care service in which I can begain serviceing many people,providing services for their home care needs. I would like to that growth phase with getting the proper people in place to assist me as employees in this operation.
