Angel Investor/Silent Partner needed.
Alternate approach to direct mail marketing / Alternate approach to mobile marketing are the two business ideas I wish to institute. If my personal credit was at an acceptible level, either of these 2 ideas would be brought before a financial institution for consideration.
I am more than willing to put forth 60+ hour work weeks to make either venture successful.
For direct mail marketing I require funds to:
Rent a storefront property(1-2 years)
Purchase 2 vehicles(my own + 1 sales vehicle)
Have 3 full coupon runs(22k each -delivery included)
Hire 1 full time sales person/1 part-time secretary
Purchase all business related stationery
Provide meager salary for myself.
Cover all licensing/insurance/out of house advertising costs
ESTIMATED COST : $194600
INITIAL RETURNS AFTER 1ST 3 COUPON RUNS : $150000(low estimate)
After first 3 runs it is viable to launch 4-6 runs per annum.
