Praying for an Angel Investor to provide startup funds for a premiere childcare center. Potential owner has been a home provider for 20 years and has a STRONG desire to expand to a center. Possible location is in a prime area, with amazing possibilities. Potential owner has significant clientele (past & present). Area has need for childcare facility with large capacity abilities.

We are seeking $100K to purchase and renovate commercial property to meet specific needs of the community. Besides childcare, we are offering extended care, nanny service, transportation, specialized curriculums and advanced learning, "village" concept, high-end technology, before & after school, scholarships, private party spaces, plus more.

We understand that in today's economy, jobs & the need for childcare has declined; but, the economy will bounce back and we want tobe there when it does.

We strongly feel that our "It Takes A Village" philosopy is what is "missing" in our childrens lives today and we want to return to that adage through our program.

Partners and I are truly hoping to fulfill a life-long aspiration and are willing to devote and sacrifice to the fullest.
