Description:
The amount needed at this time is minimal.
We are attempting to build the Restaurant/Bar/Spa up,then
go on to establish the Hotel.

Funding needed is $125,000 minimal
Additional Funding $250,000 Medium
Funding maximum needed $28. mil acquisition
We are willing to pay at least 13% with no pre pay, interest only for
6 months to 1 yr. with 1.255 pts.

No upfront fee's Executive Summary upon request and associate documents. We have a Certified Appraisal.
We are experienced requesters with over 30yrs of experience.

Any additional cost requested or required will be absorbed by the Investor(s)
