Description:
AFERA is a small California based company developing a proprietary devie for converting an internal combustion engine to burn a combination of hydrogen, oxygen, and gas, thus improving combustion efficiency, reducing exhaust emissions, increasing power, and extending engine life.

With a combination of this proprietary device, today's strong and lightweight construction materials, and the use of nature's most aerodynamic shape, the tear-drop, a vehicle can be produced capable of achieving in excess of 200+ MPG.

AFERA is seeking $50,000 to $100,000 for development, completion, and final testing of the prototype vehicle. Once completed, the prototype vehicle will be entered in the X Prize Foundation Automotive competition, for the $10 million prize, as well as being test marketed.
