Description:
We are looking for Angel's to fund a new started company, with its main focus on replicate and deploy its solution among the Emergency Services in US and Europe. In US there is approximately 6400 Emergency Services, most of them will in the follow year’s change to the Next Generation 911 Centers. In Europe it’s a similar situation.

We have a unique solution for Emergency Services, that has already been proven to work, and won the best emergency initiative in Europe among all Emergency Services, it has also been highlighted by the 911 Institute in US.

If only 1% of all the Emergency Services buy only 1 product from us, it would still be a 9bn business (based on the expected money the Emergency Services will invest in the next 5 years).

The people involved in the company are well known persons within the Emergency & Public Safety community. We are actively involved in the 911 institute, EENA (European Emergency Number Association) and Next Generation 911/112.

Today we have a 1 - 2 year technical advantage against our competitors, and would therefore like to expand our business/technology ASAP across both continents.

We already have contracts for a value up to 4 Million US$, and another 6 Million US$ in the pipeline.

However we need working capital as an investment in order to expand quickly. The total amount we are looking for is between 5 and 12 Million US$. (Return of investment in 4 years)

In exchange we offer equity in the company for the total amount and/or partially and the rest as a loan with a good interest rate. We are very confident and would therefore like to see that the capital is invested in the company by stages- and not the total amount at once. The money as the access can be managed by us or the angels. However a contracts that reflect the total amount available in case of need.
