Our company is looking for $500k in startup seed money to develop a software product related to location and context based mobile marketing.

The venture will require 200K to develop the first GA product. The rest 250K will be utilized for marketing purposes.

The market size of this product is huge. Every store front businesses and every GPS enabled cell phone user is a market for this application. The application has a huge potential beyond USA, say in India, China or Europe where cell phone penetration is high.

Our analysis reveals, even with very conservative estimates and moderate growth, we will reach break-even within one year. After which everything will be a profit. The ongoing operating cost of this business is very minimal. This is a unique one time opportunity who wants to make money by investing in the growing and upcoming mobile advertisements.

The proprietors of the company are three entrepreneurs, each of whom has more than 10 years of working experience.


We are located in Miami, FL and have not started its sells process yet.

We're mainly interested in these types of funding Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.) and T-funds will primarily be used for the initial operation of the business.
