Description:
We are a Malaysian/Indonesian company that are loking for funds or investor that are keen to be our partner in the construction and operating of a Medical Resort for post treatment of stroke, hypertnsion and cardivascular patients in Indonesia namely in Jakarta. We anticipate an initial fund of USD40million will be good enough to run and operate a 120 room hospital resort. The 3 hectare of prime land located in Jakarta is valued at curent market price of USD15million.

This will be the first of its kind in Indonesia especially so in Jakarta. Currently patients seek treatments to neoghboring countries like Singapoe, malaysia, Hongkong,etc. this can be rather costly and more so if members of the family intend to be beside the patients. In order to assist and reduce the expenses, we have decided to start this faciliies in jakarta iteslf and thus assist to reuce the heavy expenses and costs incurred for treatments, rehabilitations and rejuvenatins.
