Description:
I am seeking a loan of $159,000 in order to buy an old hotel. I have already started the process for getting the grants that I will use in order to rehabilitate the hotel. The grants will also cover the cost of purchasing the property, but they will take too long to arrive for me to keep my contract. The loan I seek will be for 6 months.
