At this time, I would like to disclose the Business Name, to ensure that it won’t be taken. Rest assured that I have a complete Business model, ready to make acquisitions.
Unlike a typical Web Hosting Company, we will provide unique web hosting and entertainment through the medium of the Internet. We will be increasingly in high demand. The public wants: (1) access to the methods of communication and volumes of information now available on the Internet, and (2) access at a cost they can afford and in such a way that they aren't socially, economically, or politically isolated. Our main goal is to provide the Global Community with a dependable Web Host, and plenty of infrastructure that is highly dependable with great customer service.
This business plan is prepared to obtain financing in the amount of $148,000.
The supplemental financing is required to cover managed server costs, 3 employees, and a complete marketing plan. All covered in 2 years of expenses.
We will be incorporated as a LLC Corporation. This will shield the owner Chris Bowman, and any Investors from issues of personal liability and double taxation. However, I plan on only one Investor to obtain the financing amount for start up costs.
The financing amount will allow us as a Company to successfully open and maintain operations through two years. The large initial capital investment will allow us as a Web Hosting Company to provide customers with great infrastructure, and high scalability for any demanding needs.
