Description:
We are looking to borrow minimum 250k, up to$1Mil with 1-3 year term.
we are only able to borrow from non-traditional lender
( private lenders). Please do not contact us if you are a conventional lender and looking for a a conventional borrower. We are not interested in MC/Visa cash advance . We will not qualify for a conventional loan. need a loan to concolidate the debt and built the credit back to be able to become a solid borrower again. We need a risk taker that is looking to get a great return on their cash and not making much of a return right now on their money.
