Honey Creek Gourmet is a gourmet food manufacturer located in a rural area of Texas, with one retail store front. We are owned an operated by a woman with 20 years experience in manufacturing and marketing, who studied for 5 years with a master confectioner in order to obtain the skills to manufacture our unique gourmet candy products. All of our products are derived from recipes dating back over 150 years. Expanding the production portion of our business will provide the company with the ability to streamline areas of production, becoming more efficient in order to meet the growing demand for our products.
