Our mission is to buy and re-invent and update a 30 year-old Coffee and Sandwich Shop. To continue bringing high standards of quality and cleanliness and establish ourselves as one of the cleanest, diversified and efficiently managed coffee and sandwich shops in the Bronx.
We will make the best effort to create a unique place where customers can socialize with each other in a comfortable and relaxing environment while enjoying the best brewed coffee or espresso and authentic foods in town.
The Shop will offer a variety of choices to the customers. Coffee and tea of all sorts will be offered. The choices of coffee will range from espresso to latte to iced drinks. We will serve breakfast and lunch. Lunch will include a limited menu of authentic Caribbean foods.
We are seeking $100k to buy the Coffee Shop. Once we've accomplished that, our goal will be to build value for our constituents, ourselves, our employees, our customers, and the community. We see these goals as being consistent with the goals any investors expects of itself and its guarantors.
This Coffee Shop will continue and grow in its success. All of the critical factors such as industry trends, marketing analysis, competitive analysis, and financial analysis are supported in our business plan.
