......1. an expert or professional who has deep experience to make business plan (of my 37 years research) which is required by angel investors, venture capitalists, banks, private equity and financial institution.
......2. he should also have sound, better and closer contacts with angel investors, venture capitalists, banks, private equity and financial institution to get it funded too.
......3. we can make payment to such expert or consultant his fee for rendering his services and making this business plan. But, instead; we are rather interested to take such expert or consultant as equity partner in newly formed high profile company. So only those should 1st contact who are agree and happy with such relationship, others not.
