Namibia is currently rated as the Country with the 6th fastest growing Tourism Industry in the World. Its expected that by 2011, Namibia would moved into the 3rd position.

Namibia is recognized worldwide as the Country in Africa, which has the most stable Government, Politics and Economical Environment. It is exactly these reasons which ensure that the Tourism Industry is the 2nd largest Industry and the future looks very promising for any Tourism Project.

Namibia is experiencing a huge shortage in Accommodation Facilities for Tourists. The Entrepreneur has the intention to establish a chain of 4 to 6 Lodges, positioned at strategic locations in the Country, which destination have proofed to be highly popular.

The Entrepreneur is looking for an Investor/Partner/Financier to provide the required Funding to start this Project; and provide the required Funding in Stages (Each new Lodge would be funded separately)

Phase 1 requires US$ 2-Million to establish 1st Lodge and to get Project off the ground.
