Description:
We are a HR services start up based in India. The promoters are domain experts in HR services as well as other sectors such as auto, telecom and retail. The chief promoter, Ramesh Hande was earlier Chief Operating Officer with Adecco India (Adecco SA with global revenues of USD 30billion is the world's largest HR services company). His most recent assignment was as the CEO of Ikya Human Capital Solutions Pvt.Ltd, a HR services startup in India which raised USD 8 million VC funding in Jan 2008.
The new venture will offer the full range of HR services - recruitment, temporary staffing, training, executive search, assessment, CEO/Top Management coaching, etc. We expect (conservatively) to break even in 6 months (by Nov 2008).
The HR services industry in India is currently sized at USD 4 billion with a growth rate of 18-20% p.a over the last 4 years. These growth rates are expected to continue well into the next 5-6 years.
We are looking for an angel investment of USD 200,000 - 250,000 either as debt (return of 15% p.a.) or equity (return of 20% p.a. min) or a combination / conversion of debt to equity at a later date.
