Description:
We have close relationships with several funding sources that are able to fund projects ranging anywhere from $250,000 to $100 million in size. We are looking for shovel ready projects throughout the United States in need of straight debt financing for purchase, refinance, refinance (cash out), or construction loans. With straight debt financing, there needs to be a tangible asset(s) involved (i.e. building property, land, equipment, etc.) or other forms of collateral. Also, on behalf of our lenders, we DO NOT work deals that involve brokers on the project side. We charge NO upfront fees for this service, and we are paid commissions directly from our funding sources, not the project principal side. We operate under a very streamlined process in which the funding source can supply an answer to the client’s request within a week’s timeframe.
