I am looking to partner with an investor to purchase, renovate, and sell properties with. I have done several houses in the past, and am looking to do some more.. Your investment will give you a return of anywhere from 8-15%, depending on the deal itself. Your investment will always be secured by real estate. All purchases are from 35-75% below market value.
