Description:
I need investors in order to startup a project in the romanian city of Baile Herculane. It is a very old city, used in old times by the romans as a thermal baths center. The city is known for its thermal springs and pitoresque views. It is situated near the river Danube and has mountains all around the city.
My ideea is to start a motel or hotel in this city, featuring state of the art technology but using roman arhitecture. This ideea is brand new and no hotel in the area has explored this posibility.
Some of the features i would like to include would be a restaurant where tourists cam emerge themselves into the roman atmosphere from the glory days of Caesar, thermal pools, bar and accomodation in the style of the Roman Empire.
