Description:
I have dozens of development projects- single family, condo and apartments. I am looking to get fully funded and in some cases I CAN PROVIDE THE LAND... I am willing to pay 20% per annum to those who can fund these. I have project managers lined up as well as construction crews and realtors. I am a new company and all ready do this on a smaller scale. I am flexible as long as it means getting these funded, so lets make some money together. Email with interest or questions.
