Description:
i am looking to get fairly good sized amount of money to start doing a couple development projects. I have many,many development projects in the pre-construction stage with all approved lots ready to be built. I have something to fill everyones needs. I have apartment developments, condo/duplexe development and single family home development projects by the handfull. I have contractors by the hundreds and know how much things cost. I just need the chance to get these deals funded. I am looking for 15 million but am willing to take less if i have to. This would allow me to get 2 projects going and yes, before anyone asks i would have project managers for both sites to control daily activity. Please let me know by email with any interest.
