I'm looking to partner with a local realtor and/or contractor who is experienced in finding and purchasing REO houses or multifamily properties, rehabbing them, then flipping them to end buyers. I don't want to buy and rent, as I don't want to be a landlord.
I will also work with an REO wholesaler who needs funds for quick flips without any renovation of the houses.
Having an exit strategy with end buyers and financing for these end buyers in place is a plus for quick resales.
I will fund the purchase and rehab material costs, you do all the work, renovation, finding the properties from brokers and REO bank depts, and then marketing/selling the house(s) after rehab. We will split the profits 50/50.
Will work in SE Florida, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, San Antonio, Ft. Worth, Virginia, Chattanooga, TN, Birmingham, AL, Wichita, KS, or any other city where you have done these REO buy/rehab/flips for a good profit.
