We are looking to take our business to the next level. We are a privately held S Corporation from Nevada which was founded in 2007. Our business is a national association comprised exclusively of independent restaurants. Your investment will be used to retain a call center to conduct our nationwide membership drive, along with other expenses incurred as part of carrying out the membership drive.

We give our members more than a competitive advantage, by providing them not only with ways to reduce their costs but also new streams of revenue. Our gross revenue per 1,000 members amounts to $350,000. There are more than 400,000 independent restaurants in the United States of America and they all stand to become members of this association.
