Description:
I have an idea for a mobile smoothie/salad/juice bar. Kind of like an ice cream truck, only health food! Many people are too busy to use juicers (buy produce that goes bad quickly, cut up fruits and vegetables, and clean juicers) and there are very few juice and smoothie places in the area. If the health food bar came to people at work, that would solve both issues. Also, people who are working obviously have money and go out to eat usually anyways.
What I Need:
In addition to funding, I would need someone with business experience to help with writing a business plan, and preferably somebody with restaurant experience who understand food safety rules and regulations and how much produce to buy. I do have contacts in the health food business who could give me an idea of how much produce to buy, but somebody with experience in this field also is preferred.
