Hi: I want to set up a small busness in Sanya, Hainan Island, China and I wnat to find a business partner who can provide some money and take responsbility for global tourists. The business is about motorboat, waterskiing, etc. Now I got $50,000 cash, a SUV and an aprtment for the business. Do you guys know where I can find a partner for this small business? Thanks.

In 2006, Hainan welcomed about 16.05 million person times and foreign visitors account for 46.57 million person times, a 72.88% increase over the previous year. Now Hainan will be built as an special island for tourists which is supported by the central government.
It is great opportunity for the entertainment business in this wonderful place.
