My Client seeks $1.2 Million to Purchase a North Carolina Mobile Home Park. Owner will carry paper at 5.75% for balance. This is a 172 unit Mobile Home Park. 115 units are already rent-to-own with the expectation that most or all of the remaining units will also be sold. The Total Income currently is $781,385. The Total Expenses currently is $263,670. The Net Income currently is $517,715. My Client has credit scores over 700 and over $5 Million in Real Estate Owned. My Client also is seeking $345,000 to Purchase a Florida Mobile Home Park.
