My Client is seeking $1.7 Million from an Equity Investor or Partner. The expected Return On Investment is 94%. The duration is for 12 - 18 months. The Retail Development is 80% pre - leased. There is already a loan commitment in place at around 70% Loan To Cost. This project is well situated because it is accessible throughout the entire Las Vegas Valley.
