My Client is seeking an Investor to guarantee and/or co-sign for a loan amount of $10 Million. This is for a luxury 39-unit, 8-story concrete and steel high-rise. Currently 40% of the units are pre-sold. The finished value is over $16 million. The compensation for your signature would be $500,000. We are open to an alternative arrangement that would be beneficial to you, the bank and my client.
